Where are you currently working and what is the biggest issue that you are facing at work or what is currently keeping you busy there?
In the area of project management optimization. What concerns me most is how the necessary cultural change can be brought about and what the most important levers are for this.
Has there been a professional challenge since you were a student for which your studies or experiences at the NIT have prepared you for perfectly?
The NIT study program has been a very positive companion throughout my entire professional life. Thanks to the double degree program, you gain points with both engineers and business economists and are taken seriously. Of course, you also have the advantage of understanding what they are actually talking about. The experience with international fellow students is also valuable. In fact, the NIT studies have already been very helpful in many professional situations. Privately, I am happy about the great and lovely people I have in my life thanks to the time at the NIT.
What has happened in your private life in the meantime?
I have since made a 7-month trip to Latin America and South Africa, got married in 2019 and last year, our son was born.
